Pinciarelle Festival

The Pinciarelle Festival kicks off every year, in September, in the square of Guidonia Montecelio. This festival celebrates the traditional Montecelio dish.

Pinciarelle are similar to large, hand-made spaghetti, that are prepared with wheat flour and water. Delicious topped with a simple sauce, with mushrooms or with beef or sausage ragout. And of course sprinkled with generous handfuls of Pecorino Romano cheese. Different flavour combinations that satisfy all palates

The event is a unique opportunity both to taste the typical flavours of Guidonia Montecelio and to celebrate our culture, tradition and love of good food.

However, the Pinciarelle Festival involves more than just food. You can immerse yourself in a festive atmosphere with musical performances, traditional dances and games and strolls among the stalls.

A one of a kind opportunity to learn about the local culture, share joyful moments and satisfy your taste buds.
