Lazio bianco IGT is straw yellow, sometimes with golden or greenish hues, with an intense, fruity bouquet and a typical dry, savory taste. There is also a sparkling type.
Lazio bianco passito IGT has a yellow colour, tending to amber as it ages, with an intense, fruity bouquet and a sweet, characteristic and savory taste.
The Late Harvest Lazio IGT White has a golden yellow hue, with an intense, distinctive bouquet and a velvety, pleasant flavour.
Lazio bianco spumante IGT has a fine, persistent froth, a clear, pale straw hue, a fine, distinctive bouquet and a well-balanced taste.
Lazio rosso IGT has a fairly deep ruby red hue tending towards garnet with ageing, a complex and fruity bouquet and a well-rounded and distinctive flavour. Novello and sparkling types are also available.
Lazio rosso passito IGT has a fairly deep ruby red hue tending towards garnet with ageing, a distinctive and intense bouquet and a sweet, well-rounded and velvety flavour.

Lazio rosso spumante IGT has a fine, persistent froth, a deep ruby red hue, a persistent and characteristic aroma and a rounded and well-balanced taste.
Lazio rosato IGT has a fairly intense cherry pink colour, a fine, pleasant bouquet and a well-rounded, delicate, velvety flavour. There is also a sparkling version.
Lazio rosato spumante IGT has a fine and persistent froth, a fairly intense rosé colour with violet hues, a fine and pleasant bouquet and a well-rounded flavour.
