The Circeo rosso novello DOC has a more or less intense ruby red colour with violet hues, a fruity, persistent and distinctive aroma and a fresh, harmonious, balanced, rounded and lively flavour.

The Circeo Trebbiano DOC has a pale straw yellow colour, a delicately winy and pleasant aroma and a dry, fresh, sapid flavour with a distinctive aftertaste.
The Circeo Sangiovese DOC has a more or less intense ruby red colour, a distinctive, fragrant aroma and a dry, zesty, pleasantly tannic flavour.
