Broccoli, extra virgin olive oil, salt, garlic and chilli pepper
Clean and wash the broccoli.
Heat a generous amount of extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic and chilli pepper. Be careful not to let the garlic burn.
Drown the broccoli in the oil, let it wilt over a low flame, turning occasionally, and salt halfway through cooking. Tip: cook them without a lid on the pan, so the broccoletti strascinati will be just bitter enough.
